There is a new little home design store called Peculiar Goods in my town that I popped into the other day. I am so grateful that Penelope is in preschool 5 days a week and I do things like pop into a store and browse for 10 minutes in between meetings and errands. I used to do that all the time before I had her, and it’s a part of my “old life” that I really missed.
I have grey and blue on my mind, so several gray things caught my eye in her shop. I want to makeover our living room when we move down to Jupiter, Florida next year and make it more beachy, but not Shabby Chic beachy, more mid-century-modern-beachy. Is there such a thing?
Love the hints of yellow with the grey on this pillow. Ya’ll know I like a good yellow-gray combo.
These are all way too bright and cheery for my taste, but they were so pretty in their little grouping.
Love this lamp. My living room now does not have any end tables. I hope I will have the space to add in some pretty lamps in the next house. I think they can really make or break a room.
These vases were super cool. I could put some small seashells inside or leave them open.
What’s inspiring you lately? Have you seen any great grey and blue living room pictures on Pinterest that I need in my board?
