Nourish & Love Herbal Tinctures are made from plants grown in the Belize rainforest. A couple of years ago I traveled to Belize to study with Dr. Rosita Arvigo and learn with other Botanists, Midwives, Acupuncture Dr’s, Naturopaths and Healers. It was an amazing two weeks and life changing. I learned so much those weeks, but my favorite part was all the rainforest walks with Rosita, where she would teach about each plant and the healing and medicinal properties of each one.
When I came home I started making my own tinctures, integrating them into my natural medicine cabinet at home, and selling them to my massage clients and online clients. I love these tinctures so much because they are so effective. No other herbs or herbal tinctures that I have tried in the past, work so fast and so well.
Here is a list of the herbal tinctures I make, their ingredients and what they are traditionally used for.
All of my tinctures are tinctured with Gluten-Free Vodka. I use Tito’s brand.
