Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail

This is my new favorite summer cocktail and I just had to share!

It is so easy to make, you just need some good lemonade, fresh raspberries and vodka. I like Tito’s Gluten-Free vodka.

In one glass, smush 4 raspberries at the bottom of a glass. The proper term for that is muddle, lol.

Then fill the cup with your preferred amount of ice. As an added FYI, I try very hard to not drink ice cold drinks, especially if I am eating, but a late afternoon cocktail is an exception and I never eat and have a cocktail at the same time. The ice puts out your digestive fire and makes things harder to digest.

Pour 1/4 cup of vodka into the cup.

Then fill the rest of the cup up with lemonade, the more lemonade you pour, the less “strong” the drink will be.

Finish with a garnish of fresh raspberries and enjoy! I recently had a little art party at my house and this was the signature cocktail that day and it was a huge hit!
